Rip Van Winkle Golf Trail, Junior Trail and Signature Hole Challenge
The 2012 Rip Van Winkle JUNIOR Trail is now in its third year with eleven participants already signed up. With seven member golf courses participating in the JUNIOR Trail, there is plenty of variety to experience from mountain courses, valley courses, island hole courses and USGA Championship courses to relaxing courses. The JUNIOR Trail gives the young golfer a chance to work out all the golf clubs in his or her bag!
Both will run from April 1 to October 15th, 2012.
The 2012 Rip Van Winkle Golf Trail includes cash prizes totaling $10,000. First Prize is $5,000;Second Prize is $3,000; Third Prize is $1,000 and the
Fourth & Fifth Prizes are $500 each. Everyone who finishes the Trail within the alloted time is in the drawing for these prizes
regardless of skill. In addition, there are skill-based prizes of golf trips to Cape Cod, Atlantic City, Vermont, local rounds of golf, golf equipment,
golf attire, etc. Sign up today!
The Junior Trail has credit prizes totaling $1,000. The First Prize is $500 credit at any of our 7 member golf courses; Second prize is $250 credit;
Third Prize is $150 credit; Fourth Prize is $100 credit. Everyone who finishes the Junior Trail within the alloted time is in the running
for these prizes. There are also skill-based prizes of trips to the Golf Club at Chelsea Pier in Manhattan, the Golf Hall of Fame in Far Hills, NJ as well as
local golf rounds, golf equipment, golf attire, etc.
